I am a qualified Osteopath and Clinical Pilates Instructor and am super passionate about helping YOU. Whether it be with any aches and pains you may be suffering from, getting you back into exercising after injury or surgery, getting you feeling stronger and more confident in your movement or giving you tips and advice on day to day things that I see people struggling with all the time.

After travelling around Australia for over a year and a half providing pain relief to rural and remote communities, I realised the lack of information, access to healthcare and road blocks that prevent people from living their lives pain free and to the fullest.



This is why I have created the Mandy's Movement platform where I can share my knowledge and experience to more than just the people in my treatment room.
